I've been working from home for a while now, and will continue to do so until the lock down is fully lifted. While this experience is nothing new as the companies I worked for in the past were flexible, which allowed me to work from home occasionally. However, this time its a lot different though, as I don't have a choice. I am extremely thankful to still have a job, however, these day everyday feels like, everyday. Here's a few things I do daily to get me started and to keep me motivated and sane!

1. Morning schedule/routine is vital, waking up early and being consistent is important, remember, we are not going to be in lock down forever.
2. I do a workout session, skipping, some cardio 15-20 minutes, gets the blood flowing and gives me the extra boost for the day!
3. Morning shower and getting dressed, this is the most important part of morning, if I feel too comfortable I usually get distracted easily. Dressing as if I'm going to work, makes me want to work!
4. I love cooking so having a good breakfast and a cup of coffee while listening to music, affirmations (on youtube) and chatting with#IronBae- is COMPULSORY.
5. My to-do list, which also includes tea breaks and lunch time. Listing what I need to do for work keeps me focused. During my tea and lunch break I snack, take pics, get fresh air, read outside and stretch in the backyard.
