Goodbye 2019! You have been the most challenging year for me in so many ways...and while celebrating the highs was exciting and life-changing, I learned so much more about myself during my lows, of which there were many.
So, for 2020 I've decided to aspire to be an even more empowered woman with vision & grace. Soft-hearted but strong, self-aware & sure. Respected for my mind, admired for my heart and above all, always honest, open & raw. In doing so I am sharing 5 ways to start the new year, and become the bad-ass that you were always meant to be!
1. Self-Care
I feel like this was one of the biggest topics of 2019, which more and more women (and men) started to embrace. This year, add another 12 minutes to your skincare routine, add more bubbles to your bath, go for longer walks - just do more of what makes you happy!
2. De-Clutter
Late 2019, I discovered a video on YouTube by organizing consultant , Marie Kondo (https://konmari.com/), I was introduced to the Konmari Method. A system of simplifying and organizing your home by getting rid of physical items that do not bring joy into your life...I was so inspired and started the journey of getting rid of things I had for years, and years... I'm not going to lie, I was an emotional wreck when I started still in the process of getting rid of things that's not sparking any joy, or is of no use in my life, but it has given me a new perspective on whats important in my life.
3. Manifest
I have always been a very positive person (and annoyingly so at times). There is power in what you speak over your life. I truly believe that! It is important that you know what you want, and that you speak that over your life. Live your truth and always stay true to what makes you a better person.
4. Wellness
I know how hard it can be to find the time or make the time , to focus on your well-being. So this year, make time for yourself emotionally, physically, spiritually and socially, all of these are equally important and I understand how hard it can be to find the balance, however, you have to make a start and what's better then becoming a better you!
5. Relationship Building
It is important that you surround yourself with people that adds value to your life (and I am not referring to material things). Building relationships with people who value and respect you, who wants to grow with you and always welcomes you with good and positive energy! (just remember, the same goes for you, you get what you give).

Wishing you a Happy New Year! I am thankful for your love and continued support and extremely happy that you are taking this journey with me....
Wishing you a successful and glorious year!
Smooches,
Simply Dannii Xx
