Mesh & Bone Skin Care Launch and Review... Finally!

Earlier this year, I was invited to attend the launch of the Mesh&Bone All Natural Skin Care range by Jana and Kezia. I must start off by saying that I have not been invited to many launch parties, however, this event was breathtakingly gorgeous and the room filled with beautiful, strong and amazingly fierce women!

I am not going to lie and say I didn't feel a bit intimidated, however, after the first glass of champers I was well on my way, but we are not here to discuss my drinking habits, so let's stop there!

The event was hosted at Platform43 in Stellenbosch, its such a beautiful space and was absolutely perfect for this event! I want to start off by thanking these beautiful, hardworking, creative and inspiring women for seeing the value and extending the invitation (and allowing me to bring along my beautiful sister Sharne') and introducing us to their products. Being apart of their special day and seeing how much they love and believe in it made me want to use it even more!

We had the most amazing brunch which we helped prepare with the amazingly talented Bibi Fassler (please do check her out on Instagram). She showed us how we could

incorporate the products into our meals - at that point I was sold! If you can't consume it, why put it on the biggest organ of your body (I am definitely not a scientist or anything ending with "ist", but I do feel strongly about that statement and try my best to use products that is not harmful) Just like many of you, I am sure of this, I too have been doing my research on the products I use and even the food I consume.

We were gifted the products that I have been tested, and don't get me started on the packaging. While I am a quality over everything kind of girl, I am also a sucker for beautiful packaging - this definitely deserves a 10/10! We also received amazing recipes, and you already know how much your girl loves being in the kitchen!

I've been adding the Vitamin C Multipurpose Skin Booster to my smoothies and also added some to my face wash, I have definitely seen a difference, the glow up has been amazing and welcomed.

I do a

face mask with the Charcoal, once a month ( I mix it with honey) and only focus on my nose and forehead as I've been experiencing oiliness in that area for as long as I can remember, which after using this, has become a thing of the past.

I saved the best for last! (my personal opinion) THE TONER! Hello acne scarring - bye acne scarring, excuse me? skin pigmentation, see ya later, like in never! (sense my excitement) this toner has really helped me, I use it daily and also use it as a setting spray dependent on the foundation I use - it has really been a game changer in my skin care routine.
