Boston Beer Tasting experience - Review!

Its Iron Bae's Birthday month so I wanted to do something he will enjoy (okay, me too...). I am a sucker for good deals and I found this amazing deal off Hyperli ( https://www.hyperli.com/ ) that I could not resist! Firstly, I did not even know this place existed and so close to home. I got the amazing R 99 Beer tasting deal for two people, it includes the tour and each person gets to select 8 beers from the 12 Craft beers available as part of the experience, mine was the Naked Mexican, Vank Hunks Pumpkin Ale and the Wild Honey Blonde Crystal Weiss

This Micro-Craft Beer Company has been around for 20 years, situated in Paarden Eiland, and the makers of South Africa's first pumpkin ale (which surprisingly is one of my favorites as I am not an "ale kind girl". The Brewery Tour was extremely informative and just really made us appreciate the tasting so much more. They cater to groups of all sizes, you can host your events , birthdays etc. booking is essential of course -but worth it.

I think our highlight of this tasting was when we found out they recently started making their own gin and they serve it on tap? Who am I? Where have I been? It was not part of the tasting selection but they were gracious and let us taste it, we ended up buying a bottle at R300 - and that's all I have to say about that!

We got to buy the 79th bottle of the first batch of gin, Boston Beers ever made! How cool is that!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experienced, the beer was great the tour amazing and the gin simply incredible, I am rating this experience 8/10 and strongly recommend it, which means it is definitely #simplydanniiapproved
