In this blog I want to share my "Happy List" with you, things that make me feel good about myself on the not- so- good days, I've had quite a few of those the last month or so.
If the last couple months taught me anything, its that my personal well-being is the most important thing and that it's okay to be selfish about it. I made this list a good couple of months ago, these are the things I choose to do when I am in my feelings, it picks me up and make me feel good. It reminds me of how blessed I am in my dark days and helps me keep the faith.
1. Read a book
2. Watering the plants.
3. Write in my journal.
4. Work out.
5. Call my mom.
6. Log out of social media.
7. Sing a song.
8. Bake or Cook
9. Listen to Podcast
10. Take a walk
Its just a simple list, but it has been so effective. I hope you have a list for your not so good days and if you don't, I am happy for you to try out mine!
